I hereby give Notice that the Annual General Meeting of Glasgow Hutchesons’ Aloysians Rugby Football Club Ltd. will be held via Zoom (online webinar) on 28th May 2020, at 19.30. We have chosen this method in order to meet our legal obligations and in order that the Board can be confirmed in post for the new season. Due to the circumstances, the meeting will be limited to the necessary agenda items, any additional business can be dealt with via SGM at the earliest viable opportunity should this be required.
The Agenda is attached along with the Subscription Proposals and Nomination Form for the Board for 2020/21. The Presidents Report and the Director of Rugby’s Report.
In order to ease the process, members are invited to submit their questions to the Secretary, 7 days before and these will be answered at the AGM.
Anyone wishing to stand for the Board must return their nomination to the Secretary no later than 7th May 2020. A Nomination form is enclosed for this purpose.
