SRU Strength & Conditioning Development Officer and GHA’s Head of Performance, Peter Jericeivch is delivering a Resistance Training Workshop at the club next Monday (13th Mar) evening, 7pm – 9pm.
This workshop is designed to help coaches:
– Improve ability and confidence in coaching basic resistance training exercises and progressions
– Identify technical issues and how to fix them
– Understand the importance of strength & conditioning for rugby
– Demonstrate safe coaching practice
The workshop is open to coaches from all clubs / schools in area but as its at the club it would be great to get as much representation as possible.
This is ideal for coaches/teachers who either deliver in the gym or are looking to, or players who would like a better understanding of why you lift and how.
